I am a proud Lakeland native, wife, and mom to three great young men, business founder, and implementation strategist, with more than 15 years of experience building self-sustaining businesses and guiding leaders to do the same in corporations. My specialties are human capital, organizational culture, process efficiency and revenue generation. 

My own companies run with automated systems and empowered teams, allowing me to focus on high-level strategy, executive consulting, and corporate work. I practice what I preach — and I help others step away from the day-to-day so they can visualize a better, more self-sustaining future for the organization.
